How It Works:

Step 1: Click Here button to initiate the screen-sharing session

You are prompted to download a small virus-free plug-in with name “MAICO Remote Desktop Support”

Step 2: Run the MAICO Remote Desktop Support programm.

Step 3:Tell your MAICO engineer the ID and the password number.

Step 4: With your permission, your support representative can view your screen and share control of your mouse and keyboard.
